In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and yw999. By accessing the yw999 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any yw999 Service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the yw999 Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.

Your continued use of the yw999 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. yw999 will endeavour to notify registered Players of material changes via the email address associated with their Account, but such notification does not constitute a condition of the amendment taking effect.

3. Eligibility

Use of the yw999 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. yw999 enforces strict age verification and may request supporting documentation — including government-issued photographic identification — at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering contracts of any kind are not eligible to use yw999.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on yw999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on yw999 or any other gaming platform from which yw999 is obligated to exclude you. Individuals who have self-excluded from yw999 must not attempt to re-register until their exclusion period has formally expired.
• Not a yw999 Employee: Current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of yw999 staff are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in any real-money gaming or promotional activities on the platform.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money Services on yw999, you must complete the Account registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yw999 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. yw999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

yw999 recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify yw999 support immediately. yw999 reserves the right to freeze an Account pending investigation of any suspected security incident, without liability to the Account holder for any resulting inability to access funds during the investigation period.

yw999 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time yw999 deems it necessary for compliance purposes.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment

All financial transactions on yw999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). yw999 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your yw999 Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. yw999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. yw999 will process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the withdrawal section of the platform. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of outstanding bonus balances.
• Transaction Errors: In the event of a deposit or withdrawal error, you must notify yw999 support within 72 hours. yw999 will investigate and, where an error is confirmed, take reasonable steps to correct it. yw999 is not liable for losses arising from errors by third-party payment providers.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Account balances may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as stated in the applicable fee schedule. yw999 will make reasonable attempts to notify you before any such fee is applied.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

yw999 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless expressly stated, each Player is eligible for each promotion only once. Using multiple accounts, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses to claim a promotion more than once constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.
• yw999 Discretion: yw999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any modification will not affect bonuses already legitimately claimed and in the process of meeting their wagering requirements.
• Abuse: yw999 employs detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns and bonus abuse. Where abuse is confirmed, yw999 reserves the right to cancel bonus balances, void winnings derived from bonus funds, and close the Account concerned.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on yw999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport, as published on the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers. Ignorance of applicable rules is not accepted as grounds for a refund or reversal.

yw999 uses internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all applicable casino games. RNG systems undergo independent third-party auditing to ensure statistical fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers operating under monitored conditions in licensed studio environments.

In respect of sports betting, including cricket betting on PSL and international fixtures, yw999 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, technical error affecting odds display, obvious pricing errors, or where there is evidence of match manipulation. Settlement of sports bets is final once confirmed by yw999, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 12.

• Payout Limits: Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per event. Applicable limits are stated within the betting interface. Winnings that exceed applicable limits will be paid up to the stated maximum only.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet, yw999 reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets. yw999 will not be liable for any loss arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the affected stake.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yw999 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling yw999 to immediately suspend or terminate your Account and forfeit any associated funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in a deliberate or systematic manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the yw999 platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including circumventing a self-exclusion order or claiming duplicate promotional benefits.
• Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent identity documents, or impersonating another individual.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication towards yw999 staff or other Players via any yw999 communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the yw999 platform or its underlying software.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the yw999 platform — including but not limited to the yw999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game content, text, software, data compilations, and all other material — is the intellectual property of yw999 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the yw999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any yw999 content in any form without express prior written consent from yw999.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

yw999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and yw999 and should be read alongside these Terms. By using the yw999 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

yw999 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. 11. Responsible Gaming

yw999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a suite of tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion — accessible directly from your Account dashboard without requiring contact with support.

yw999 strictly enforces its 21+ age requirement and does not permit individuals who have self-excluded from the platform to re-register during their exclusion period. • Self-Exclusion: You may self-exclude from yw999 for a minimum period of six (6) months. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be closed and you will be prevented from re-registering. yw999 will remove your details from all direct marketing lists during this period.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yw999 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the yw999 platform or Services, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if yw999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

yw999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their yw999 Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yw999 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. yw999 is not responsible for any telecommunications or internet service failures that affect your ability to access the platform.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any yw999 Service, you must submit it to yw999 support in writing within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Failure to notify yw999 within this period may prejudice your ability to raise the complaint at a later date.

13. Amendments to These Terms

yw999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at yw999.app/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the current version.

Where yw999 makes a material change to these Terms, it will endeavour to provide registered Players with advance notice via the email address associated with their Account. However, it is each Player's responsibility to check the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yw999 holds its international gaming licence. yw999 operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements of its licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the applicable laws of your country of residence. Players in Pakistan acknowledge that online gaming regulation is evolving and that it is their personal responsibility to determine whether access to yw999 is lawful in their specific jurisdiction before registering or depositing.
